Government of Bangladesh and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has undertaken Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (MRDTP), under Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA).

The length of Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Project- Line-6 is 20.1 km, with 16 stations. CCDB is updating and implementing Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), to mitigate adverse impacts and livelihoods dislocation due to this MRT-Line-6 Project.
