Dhaka Urban Transport.

CCBD has been engaged to implement of Resettlement Plan of “Greater Dhaka Sustainable Urban Transport Project”, from BRT Gazipur to Dhaka Shahjalal International Airport. Connectivity will be from Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) and Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), with a 20 kilometer “Bus Rapid Transit” (BRT) corridor. Once BRT project is in operation, it will carry 20 thousands passenger/hour/direction and traveling time will be half. this will provide a holistic solution for integrated urban mobility. Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh with major financial assistance from “Asian Development Bank” (ADB) has undertaken this project.
