CCDB is currently undertaking a strategic planning process to define its direction and priorities for the next five years. As part of this initiative, a three-day Strategic Planning Workshop was held from 11โ13 June 2026 at HOPE Foundation, Baroipara, Savar.
Key stakeholders came together to reflect on CCDBโs vision, mission, and future priorities in response to the changing development landscape. Through meaningful discussions and participatory sessions, participants identified strategic opportunities, explored organizational challenges, and shared valuable recommendations for strengthening CCDBโs long-term impact.
This workshop marked an important step toward shaping a forward-looking strategic framework that will guide CCDB to remain resilient, responsive, and better prepared to address future challenges while continuing its mission of service and development.
